Yes, they will! I formulate hair restoration products for ALL ‘Hair Types’. I understand that Hair Type I-II individuals usually like products that remove oil, and Hair Type III-IV prefer products that include oils to moisturize hair. All my hair growth serums are meant to be applied to the ‘scalp’, they penetrate and fully absorb leaving no oily residue.
